Herschel Horton – Contributing Editor (the only editor at this time!)
Herschel’s been working on x86 technology since his dad purchased an IBM compatible 8086 computer back in 1983. As a teenager Herschel enjoyed messing around on BBS’s and learning Basic and then Pascal and then after a few year he realized he could make a living with his hobby.

For the past twelve years Herschel has been working in a large tele-communications company where he’s held administrative and engineering positions working with Windows Server and Linux. He currently holds a position in an architecture and standards group testing new hardware and software configurations for deployment across the U.S. and around the world.
